Personal Care & Domestic Support
Our home care services provide one-to-one assistance in the comfort of their own home, which enables the users of our services to live independently. We provide Personal Care and Domestic Support on an hourly, daily, nightly and Live-In Care basis, helping with the demands of daily routines which may become more difficult with age.
Dementia care
Our Dementia care services provide valuable, trusted solutions to help your loved one maintain a regular routine enhancing their quality of life with patience and also a needed future plan to enhance memory skills with a detailed action plan. We take our time to understand the personality, preferences and requirements of care and prepare the appropriate care plan in detail. We do everything in a way that promotes happiness and minimizes the impacts of dementia in their life.
Physical disability Care
Old age sometimes brings physical problems, such as arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, heart issues or elective surgery, like a hip or knee replacement can all affect our mobility, which can lead us to feel less confident in carrying out our usual day-to-day activities and tasks. Our physical disability care enables you to do as much as you can independently, with the right level of care and support, focusing on ensuring a person’s safety and rehabilitation so they can live a fulfilled and meaningful life.
Palliative Care
The complexities and challenges of supporting a loved one with an advanced or life-threatening illness. Our Palliative home care helps our service users to live as comfortably as possible while undergoing intense treatments. This can be an emotional time for all involved that requires a sensitive, compassionate and respectful approach. While all care is individually tailored to each client, our high-quality palliative care at home provides effective management of any symptoms a person may be experiencing, whilst supporting their emotional and psychological needs. All in the place they love most – their own home.
Social Companionship Care
We understand that everybody needs somebody, especially as we get older and struggle with being alone or keeping on top of daily errands and tasks. Loneliness can be caused by so many things and is an increasing challenge within our elderly communities. Whether it be not being able to see loved ones as often as we’d like or finding it harder to adjust to life after the sudden loss of a spouse. Our well trained carers provide you with the companionship you need. Having someone to talk to, listen to music with, help with shopping or making appointments on time. Also, we help them with attending social events.
